Most people are only lucky enough to read about "Tuff Nuts" let alone know one. I am very fortunate.

of them.

naughtiness.

This is the original Tuff Nutt Nate holding my little man. I began calling him "Tuff Nutt" a very long time ago when I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up. The conversation went something like this.

Me: Nate what do you want to be when you grow up?

Nate: A bull rider.

Me: Wow sounds like a good time.

Nate: Yeah except for when you get thrown off and you bust your nuts.

Me: Well guess you are just gonna have to be tough then.

This is Zachary. He too is a "Tuff Nutt." Notice the cut off denim shirt with shiny white buttons. He loves to run outside with it completely unbuttoned..."just cause it feels good." This kid says so many funny things every time I am around him (which isn't often enough.) I love it. The first time he held Luca he said. "He smiled at me. I can't believe it. He actually smiled at me. No one has ever smiled at me before. "
