Cha Cha Cha Changes: Part Two

So I sorta had a giant tangent that comprised part one of this post. My sole intention was basically to just brag about my little man and how wonderful he is doing. Then things got outta hand. So now that I have all that other stuff out of the way,

H ere C omes the B raggin'

My little guy is WoNdErFuL!!!!
He has changed so much over the past three months.
At his 6 month check-up today he was 29 inches long and 18 pounds!!!!

"Hellooooo!!!!" (think Seinfeld...the one with the lady who's belly talked.)
How do you not love this face?!?!

He lets other people hold him without screaming!!!!!

This is his godmother, Aunt Jennifer.

He can sit all by himself...okay he teeters a bit like The Leaning Tower of Pisa but it is progress. He is also getting up on all fours and rocking back and forth. He tries so hard to pull one leg forward while up there but then the poor guy does a face plant.

He loves to eat!!!!

"Carrots anyone?"

I am pretty sure he knows how cute he is.

He poses for pictures. This is his Christmas stocking

handmade with love by Auntie Amy.

He can read his name.

Well, I fudged this one.

But his face was too funny not to post.

He gets mail from PaPa Normie and Grandma Judy addressed to "The Boss."

At the risk of repeating myself...

He is the absolute cutest baby ever.

I know he started off tough but

I think the best ones make ya work for it.

  2. Megan,
Luca is such a beautiful little guy! It may have been a stuff start, many 1st babies are my own included. Most people just won't share that fact. You not only survived, but by sharing your posts you will have helped another first time Mom. It is quite apparent that you are a terrific Mom! Luca looks so happy in his pics and he is definitely thriving. Keep up the good work and your circle of support. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy before you know it this phase will also pass and another equally exciting one open. Please give him a hug and kiss from me and keep the blogs coming I am truly enjoying learning about Luca & watching him grow!
