I keep reading about people who had a baby like last week and magically their clothes fit and they are back to pre-baby weight.  I am so frustrated every time I read this stuff.  I am 8 and 1/2 months out and I am still up between 10 and 15 pounds.

Don't get me wrong I was more than able to zip my clothes up a month afterward but it wasn't pretty. I thought that with time everything would move back to where it was supposed to be...Not so much yet.  I have never been too concerned with actual weight.  I have always weighed a ton.  Totally ok with it as long as my clothes fit and I was keeping fit.  Things are sooooo different now.

I go to the gym to run and weight train like I always have but I get NO results. In fact I get worse than no results...since I started back to the gym I have gained inches and pounds! 10 pounds to be exact.

I am not an unhealthy eater. I don't drink of bunch of sugary crap and I don't booze it up.  The only thing I eat a ton of is vegetables.  Last time I checked those things were not contributors to weight gain.  I am not going to lie and say I never eat sweets but I will say it isn't very often.

The teacher in me says that if I set a smaller, measurable goals that build towards my desired result then I can do this.
So here is my first small goal-
Cut out the processed foods from my diet from now until Sunday.
